Our Aerospace division is looking to recruit a NDT Technician with experience
of Bond testing, Eddy Current, Radiography and RPS with DPI/MPI to work
at our test house in Luton on a Permanent position.

Responsible for carrying out in service and pre-service Non Destructive Testing
/ Inspections of Aerospace & Industrial components by using various NDT
methods mainly Ultrasonic, Radiographic and Penetrant Testing of Aerospace
& Industrial metallic & Composite components

About the job

  • Carry out inspection of incoming material and equipment before itís use
  • In depth understanding of all current company, client or legislative
    requirements affecting NDT techniques and conduct all work in
    accordance with them
  • Follow all company and site health and safety regulations
  • Maintain all NDT equipment in good condition and ensure scheduled
    checks are carried

Job requirements:

  • EN 4179 Aerospace qualifications are most desirable but consideration
    will be given to experienced Industrial Qualified Technicians willing to
    cross train
  • Experience of working in a NADAP approved test house is desirable
  • Ability to work on their own initiative and work well in a team environment
  • The ability to Communicate with Colleagues, Managers & Clients
  • Excellent organisation skills as well as being able to prioritise workloads
  • Valid Fork Lift Truck License or willing to achieve this
