Job Title: NDT Level III Consultant, Trainer
Salary: Competitive plus car allowance and
Location: Sheffield - with UK and overseas
IMechE Engineering Training Solutions (ETS) is a
wholly owned subsidiary of the Institution
of Mechanical Engineers and is a leading provider of training in Non-Destructive
(NDT) and Corrosion assessment, certification and consultancy services
in the UK and
around the world.
IMechE Engineering Training Solutions are looking
to recruit a Level III Consultant, Trainer
and Examiner, who will be qualified in the methods they are required
to work within.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of three PCN Level III qualifications
in various NDT
methods which must include Radiography and Ultrasonics, and have supervisory/consultancy
experience in those methods. Proven experience of working at Level III
within at least one
of these areas; Aerospace, Eddy Current, Composites would also be beneficial.
Although this organisation is primarily based in
Sheffield, South Yorkshire, the role holder
must be willing to travel across the UK and abroad to support clients
in a training or
consultancy capacity. You will have good written and verbal communication
skills and will
be able to think on your feet, as well as extensive knowledge in your
subject area and
willingness to learn and qualify in other methods of NDT as required.
